Returns & Refunds Made Simple
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Contact us at support@goodrollgolf.com with your order number to start your return or exchange. 

Return Window
You have 35 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange. After 35 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Fee
A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund total.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with tags on or in the bag.
Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund (minus the $7 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement once processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Haven’t received your refund yet? 
  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take a few business days to post.
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. All sale items are final sale.
