Refund policy


Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Made Simple
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Contact our team at support@goodrollgolf.com with your order number to start your return or exchange. 

Exchange & Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund. Please allow 8 business days for us to inspect and process your return or exchange after it is received.

Return Shipping
Once a return is initiated, a return label will be provided to you via email. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchange
Contact our team at support@goodrollgolf.com with your order number to start your exchange.
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team at support@goodrollgolf.com within 30 days and we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
 Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with tags on or in the bag.
Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund (minus the $8.50 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement once processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Haven’t received your refund yet? 
  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take a few business days to post.
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
